CES goodness

So tonight SwingKid and I along with Chilly and her friend Big T went to the CES fireside. By the good graces of a great friend, we got to sit on the front row (we might have been on tv? who knows...) and listen to our prophet. He had great words of wisdom concerning preparation. I really enjoyed listening to his counsel. He's an amazing man.  After the fireside we all came to my festive apartment and made chocolate chip cookies. They were pretty darn amazing, if I do say so myself. It was great fun! Tomorrow is looking like loads of fun as well since I get to write a project proposal for dance history, do at least one load of laundry (hopefully more?) AND go to Walmart. wahoo!
