FRIDAY!!!!

Well dear internet friends, we've made it to Friday!  Thank goodness! Although, I just really want the weekend to be over and it to be next week. Part of me doesn't really feel like I'll have much of a weekend - I'm going to be working most of tomorrow. Next week is my Friday off and with the fun plans I have I am very much looking forward to it being next week. huzzah!!

Also, I hardly slept at all last night. My mouth is killing me. I really hope I don't die before Monday. Here's hoping the excedrin I took does better things then the ibuprofin. sigh. Someone have some good drugs you want to share? :o)

Birthday Friday Fun!

Hey y'all! guess what? My birthday is on Monday! I'm spending the weekend celebrating with friends and stuff and I'm rather excited about it! In years past I've managed to get my birthday to last a week or so, I think it will last about 3 days this year. :o) Regardless, it should be a fun milestone birthday and I'm looking forward to eating cake. I love cake.

In other news Tron is NOT coming to my birthday party. :( stupid soccer game. He is, however, stopping by my place tonight to 1)bring me my mug and 2)see me. heee. Can you tell I'm just a little bit twitterpated over him?

Also, birds are chirping outside my office window this morning. Love the chirping birds! Even though it is supposed to snow on my birthday (that is not a happy birthday gift mother nature!) I can definitely tell that spring is coming. :o)

Friday Love!

Oh how I love my Fridays off. Even when they are super busy with many different tasks and errands and things. I still love them. They make me oh so happy. :o) Anyways. Today is going to be good and I'm sure I'll have lots of stories for you come Monday (maybe even Sunday if you're lucky!) something witty goes here

my brain has been fuzzy all week long. I have not been a very productive little worker at my job. This makes me sad because I love to be productive and get thing done and stuff. Man alive are my sinuses doing a bang up job attacking me. I think they're winning right now.

Also, I wore glasses yesterday (tired eyes!) and as I got ready today trying to decide which way to go, I went with the contacts. Bad idea. The contacts and I are not friends right now. So much so that I think I'm going to change into glasses when I go home for lunch in 2.5 hours.

I am glad it is Friday. I am sitting here trying to decide if I should meet that guy I mentioned yesterday tonight or not. I'm not in the best of moods and I'm still feeling not so hot. I'm leaning towards not seeing him and putting it off a week or so. I hate doing that in so many ways....but I also don't feel like going out tonight at all. :P Lame sauce.

Let's see...I have a fun-filled weekend packed as long as I don't stay too sick. Teaching tomorrow + lunch with a friend + the BYU Museum of Art with a guy that lived around the corner from during my childhood. I haven't seen him since my family moved 11 years ago. That should prove interesting.

Friday Foto

So, I like to visit this site called we heart it. They have pretty pictures that a lot of times I use in varying blog posts. I know some of them will be perfect for certain things, others I just favorite because I like them and I think I'll need them later. (very great depression era of me I know. get over it)

Anyways, I've decided that some Fridays (not all, but some, often? who knows) I will share a favorite photo (or two? who knows!) or foto with you. I will also create a caption to go with it. Maybe. I haven't decided if that's actually going to happen all the time. Maybe you can help caption some of the photos? guess we'll see. So yeah. Look for that below.

Also, I did some rearranging on the blog and put together some "pages." there's an about me page and a page i've titled "newbies." This page has a handful of blog posts from my past that I thought might be pertinent to getting to know my blog and my blogging style. so yeah, if you're knew and haven't read anything from the archives be sure to check that out.
