Hey guys. I'm sorry. I feel like I'm constantly apologizing for not posting enough. The thing is...I really just don't have the time. There will probably be a time in my life when I post a ton again, but right now is just not it and you know what? I'm okay with that! I will keep trying to post from time to time, but the thing is this blog is not needed for what it was originally created for - a venting place for my stories about ballet and boys. I'm not in school anymore, I have found the love of my life (and even though it's not official yet, SPOILER: we're going to get married someday in the future) and I am so fulfilled in my life in other ways that I don't need this blog in the same way.
There's a part of me that has even considered starting a new blog - no pseudonyms attached and moving on with my life. Need I be anonymous anymore? I don't know....I wonder the same thing about my twitter account. The more I get involved in work with social media, the more I wonder if I need to be doing more of my social media things with my real name...and not my cute pseudonym that my mom still uses as my nickname at home.
And yet, this blog still holds a special place for me and starting new sounds...hard. Or something. I like my little blog space here. It has treated me so well and I would feel bad abandoning it.
So...please bear with my while I try to figure out what in the world I'm doing in the blogging world. I know I'll figure it out someday. Maybe I'll just reveal my real identity into the world and what not. I don't know. What I do know is that something has got to be figured out.
Anyways. I have tons of other things to talk about and maybe if I have some time in the future we'll get to those things, for now, thank you for sticking around and reading my sporadic, crazy posts. I'm sure I'll figure things out.
Eventually.

just a few things....
hey guys. remember me? yeah. i've been busy. sue me. I'm always busy. :P but it's the good kind of busy - I'm busy having the TIME OF MY LIFE!!! :o)
anywho. here are just a few things on my mind as of late:
anywho. here are just a few things on my mind as of late:
- the boyfriend is awesome. Today we celebrate our one month of officially dating-ness. he is so super fantastic and I am so lucky that he is mine. so, so lucky.
- yesterday i spent the day with the boyfriend and his daughter. It was a great day filled with sunshine and happiness. the only downside was having the day end and both of us driving away from each other until Saturday night. :P
- if you haven't tried out e.l.f cosmetics you totally should. they have GREAT products with AMAZING customer service. just for example: i ordered some product and it shipped and what not, but it was missing an item. i emailed them today, they got back to me the SAME DAY and are shipping out the missing product asap. This makes me REALLY happy. OH and they are now selling select products in Target. awesomeness.
- I'm not going dancing tonight. I have too many things to get done. PLUS Soldier Boy isn't going...and I don't like going when he's not there.
- Blogging for work? It's awesome. I am in love with it. I want to do more of it.
- I am moving in July - but I don't know where to yet. It makes me nervous to not know details to certain variables in my life. sigh.
- oh. if you know of somewhere that is month-to-month renting, with an unfurnished bedroom north of orem and south of sandy available sometime in July please let me know? thank you. :o)
- after looking at my budget and looking at my loans - it has officially been decided that i will be paying off my car loan by the end of October. this is just 2 months shy of the three years that i have owned said car. I'm REALLY excited about this.
- my coworker just asked what we would like without eyelashes. hmm. interesting thought.
- I think I'm going to try out this manicure this weekend. Should be fun times.

Thursday Things
It has been one insanely crazy day at the office, but I just wanted to leave you with a few things before taking off for the weekend. (you'll probably still see my outfit post for tomorrow, but that's about it!)
- Soldier Boy called me last night. It was another 2ish hour conversation. I'm a fan of him.
- Work is crazy.
- changes are coming to my job at work - I get to start helping out and collaborating on everything social media for my company. Facebook, Twitter, Blogging (!) - I'm REALLY excited about it.
- I was on the phone a lot at work today - it was ringing off the hook
- During my (later than normal) lunch break, Solider Boy texted me with this remark: :) 6 hours!!!
- To say I was giddy about seeing that text was an understatement.
- I've been counting down for the past day.
- Things that are happening this weekend include: dancing the night away with a really cute boy, getting a good night kiss, shoe shopping (desparately needing new black flats), and dress shopping.
- Also, I think we're going to the some hot springs somewhere local. We'll see if that goes down.
- Dress rehearsal at the studio is happening on Saturday. Joy. :P
- ZUMBA! Saturday morning! If you want details on the FREE class that my 2nd counselor is offering, let me know. ALL are welcome! (unless you're a creepy stalker. then probably not.)

The Versatile Blogger
Today I feel very honored. Maggie B. from Finding Myself awarded me with this little blog award. In all of my six years of blogging this is the very first award I have ever received!
There are some rules to this whole award business and they are as follows:
And now for me to dish out this award to other people. I admit, that I am very much stalker when it comes to reading blogs. There are so many random people I follow. Now, I am bending the rules just a little bit. Like Maggie, I don't have 15 versatile, *newly discovered* blogs that I felt like I could award this blogging award to at this time. So, I'm only awarding this award to four people. I know! It's not very many and not even a third of the "required" amount. But....I don't think there is any blogging policemen out there who are going to come and take my award away and really this is a great way for YOU to meet new bloggers! Exciting, right?! s (also, some of them I may or may not have been following for a while and they may or may not know that! ;) ) so the peeps I'm giving this award to are as follows:
There are some rules to this whole award business and they are as follows:
- Link back to the blogger that originally awarded you
- List out 7 things about yourself
- Give this award to 15 other *newly discovered* blogs
- I love to eat cake for breakfast. When it's my birthday and I make (or my sister makes) a cake I always make sure to have some leftover for breakfast the day after. :o) I don't care if it makes me fat. I'll run an extra mile for that cake.
- I love running through the grass barefoot but 9 times out of 10 I prefer to wear socks when in the house. Odd, I know.
- I have to always have chapstick with me. Preferably of the Natural Ice variety. I think I have about 5 sticks right now all in different places so that I always have some within reach.
- I can totally get ready in ten minutes or less. I might not look amazing, but I can do it.
- Try as hard as I can, I can't seem to make a boy wait for me when he comes to pick me up for a date. Seriously, I'm such a good time manager (humble I know) when it comes to getting ready that I am ALWAYS ready JUST as they are ringing the doorbell or even 5 minutes before. I even TRY to start getting ready later just so I can make them wait just a little bit...it doesn't work. Even when I was dating SwingKid it didn't work.
- I have a thing for gorgeous shoes. I love shoes. A lot.
- Lately there are some days that I really wish I had a boyfriend and then there are other days when I am SO glad that I am single.

- Meg from "The Adventures of Me" This girl...I find her so full of awesome. She's straightforward, honest, blunt and tells her stories THE BEST WAY. Love
stalkingreading her blog. - jessie jean from "messie jessie." I LOVE this girl. She's a former ballet student of mine (HI SWEETIE!) and I've just "come out" and let it be known that I
read aboutstalk her life. She'll appreciate that I'm sure. ;) - Rasha from "and this is what She said" I might or might not have commented on her "tell me a secret tuesday" meme and I amy or may not have commented before...regardless I love her thoughts and little notes she posts. she's adorable.
- Kayla from "Freckles in April" She recently hosted my favorite part about the month of August - the 21 Day Challenge (maybe you saw some of my posts on that? ha!) I think she's a great example of someone who is a mom and stays up to date on fashion and what not. Also, she's super nice!

Sunday afternoon nap dreams
I took a nap yesterday afternoon. It was glorious - for the most part. I say for the most part because as my phone went off with a text from my roommate, I got pulled out of the MOST bizarre dream I have ever had. So, I wrote down some thoughts on this dream, I've recounted it three times (to Roommate A, to her ex-boyfriend and Blindman, and finally to The Australian.) but here it is for all of my posterity and friends and random people to see. I'd love to hear your thoughts on what this dream might mean.... :o) Also, stay tuned for some awesome posts this week...if I can find the motivation to blog. :o)
So in my dream I'm at my parent's old house in Payson, but it's not quite in the same location. We're more in the countryside. ANYWAYS, I step outside and there's this woman standing outside staring at me. I offer her a brownie (or she offered me one? that part is hazy) and then she says, "do you want to see a prophecy come true?" Of course I respond in the affirmative. She tells me to look to the East and as I do I see a cloud turning into a horse w/a rider on it. He rides as far as I can see to the West and then within a moment or two I see it coming back and disappearing into the cloud storm in the East. A few minutes later it happens again and again and again. I start freaking out and I run inside to grab my mom, Brother C and Sister D. I yelled at them to get on Facebook (everyone talks about things on Facebook!) and the news so we can figure out what is happening.
Then I took them outside. (This is where it gets WEIRD!) So we go outside and the cloud-horse/rider had a lightning bolt thing going on and the next thing I know this horse and rider cloud is turning into a real horse/rider and as he rides across the sky he falls off the horse. The man looks Mexican and as he gets up he starts speaking in a language that I don't recognize. He tries to talk to me and all I can say over and over is "Can I help you sir?" He rides back up this mountainside that is like right next to our house and disappears. In just a few minutes a whole bunch of people on white horses start riding out towards the West out of the mountain or something. They are all different ages, genders and nationalities with these weird green glowy eyes. As they get closer we can here them changing things like "don't forget.....remember the.....you need to do this....." (i obviously don't really remember what they were saying. but it was odd)
I was then jolted awake by a text message from my roommate and as I tried to pull myself from this weird dream all I could see were the green glowy eyes.
So yeah, that happened. I keep thinking about it. It was the oddest dream I have ever had in all my years of dreaming.

M
I really like Roman Numerals. I remember learning about Roman Numerals in elementary school and I thought it to be such fun to figure out number was trying to be depicted. Anyways, the reason I mention this is because my title today is a Roman Numeral. Do you know which one?
M = 1,000. Today is my 1,000th post. I can't believe I have posted that many times! I have been blogging for 6 years and when I started I never thought I would still be writing today. So today, today we are celebrating! YAY!
Ever since I noticed I was nearing this major milestone, I've tried to determine what I should do to celebrate. I love celebrations! I thought about doing a giveaway, but then I decided to not do that. So instead I'm going to share a few of my favorite quotes and quote pictures. These are all things that I have learned through my years of blogging and living life and I feel the urge to share my learned wisdom with you. So here's to another 1,000 posts. Cheers!

"God is eagerly waiting for the chance to answer your prayers and fulfill your dreams, just as He always has. But He can’t if you don’t pray, and He can’t if you don’t dream. In short, He can’t if you don’t believe."

And now! I'd love to hear YOUR thoughts. What one quote has influenced your life most recently? What words of wisdom do you feel inclined to share today?
