One random day a week or so ago, I stumbled upon Book Critiques by Sally. At the time she was having a fantastic give away in which I could win one of two books. Since I love to read so much, I decided to try and win one of the books because I want something fun to read. Well, lo and behold...I WON!!! I was SUPER shocked! I have never won anything from a blog in my life and it was pretty fanastic.
Well guess what y'all?? Because this just happens to be my 500th post! AND because I won a book from Sally...I have decided to give away some awesomeness. To celebrate my 500th post I will be giving away one of my favorite children's book (I'm still debating on which book it will be. I have so many favorites!) and a bag of cookies (your choice of my amazing chocolate chip or snickerdoodle cookies!)
The rules are simple:
1. post a comment telling my your favorite book for one entry in the drawing.
2. tell the blogging world about my give away for another entry! (make sure to leave an extra comment telling me you have blogged about my give away!)
3. commenting and/or blogging about my amazingness will also get you an entry.
The last moment in which you can comment to me is Thursday, October 23rd at 11:59pm. I will draw the winner Friday morning and then the winner will have 3 days to get back to me with their address or I will pick a new winner. Good Luck, and get commenting! Last, but not least, I hope you enjoy your Friday with a little Friday-Fillin-ness. ;) Have a great weekend y'all!!!
1. Follow the prophet, follow the prophet, he knows the way! (I couldn't help myself. The song just came into my head. ;) )
2. Contact solution is something I always take with me on vacation.
3. To achieve your goals, you must follow your dreams.
4. The fact that I get to graduate in April is something I'd like you to know about me.
5. I have an amazing boyfriend.
6. Rootbeer floats. My midnight snack last night. Yummy.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to being with my boyfriend, tomorrow my plans include dinner with friends from High School and Sunday, I want to go for a walk in the sunshine!

Oh, and you are absolutely amazing. So amazing with your dancing stuff and your love of reading. Excellentness.
Okay I'm in. I love To Kill a Mockingbird. That, or Dandelion Wine. I read them in 10th grade, but they're both so great--there's a reason they are considered classics. TKaM shares the trials of adjusting to equality, and Dandelion Wine is just a peaceful exciting narrative of summer.
And I just posted a link on my blog. Hooray. I hope I win.
i have a lot of favorite's but if i have to choose one it'll be the cider house rules by john irving it's wonderful!
my all time favorite book is the Little Prince. Always and forever. Count me in. I wanna win cookies!
My favorite book is... well, lately my favorite book is... The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls. True story of a horribly dysfunctional family. Great read. I'll give you a little love on my blog right now :) I can't wait for those cookies!
