i apologize

for not being really good at updating. work has actually kept me pretty busy, until yesterday, but i was not in the mood to post. so here i am today. ready to post. :) and there is so much to tell you, I really don't know where to start. well...lists usually work...so here goes a numbers list...

1-time that csr came and visited me yesterday. out of the blue. and then started a conversation that night with me for the first time in a long time. oh yeah, i hadn't seen him since our date a week and a half ago. i think i'm just going to try and be his friend and not worry about him trying to get into a relationship. sigh.

2- weeks since i heard from elder bass, BUT that's okay because he's amazing... ;)

3-the number of movies i watched this weekend: Freedom Writers (with CW);The Devil Wears Prada and In Good Company (which I watched by myself.)

4-um...i can't think of anything to go with the number four...sorry.

5-this was cinco de mayo, and also 'national make-out day' of which i celebrated neither.

6-the day of my first sunday with my new bishopric. they will definitely help the ward be better.

7-number of days i have owned a fish. his name is Bob (for all my bob friends out there...) he's a pink/purple Beta. And I haven't killed him yet. hurrah!

i don't think i can come up with numbers for anything else. that's pretty much been my past week and a half or so. meh. i'll try to be better at updating. :S ciao!

first weekend

so for my 3rd post of the day...i figured i should update y'all on my love life. so....2 dates, one good, one good/bad, and a whole lot of confusing feelings. :S

Date #1
with CSR. sigh. and now i'm confused. see....he pretty much thinks he's okay (at least this is what i think he's thinking...) b/c he warned me that he was going to be busy and what not, and so he picked right up where we left off. so...at the end of the date, he made it a point to tickle me (what's up with that?) AND he gave me a really good hug with an extra squeeze...what the??? urgh. he better call and ask me out again, or else i'm going to be really confused.

Date #2
with a guy that i met a couple of weeks ago. i was really friendly and nice, he was easy to talk to, and then i realized he was probably getting the wrong idea and probably thought i liked him. which i don't. at all. in fact, i thoroughly never want to see this young man again, for a date. he's a great friend, but that's it. but i think he thinks he likes me. so now the next time he calls i have to kindly reject him.

anyways...life right now kind of sucks, well, only where boys in utah are concerned. i love a boy in iowa, but he doesn't come home until july, and that is home to portland, not home to me. so someday i will see him again, and we shall see if anything will come of it. until then...i am so single it isn't even funny.

the new compy

won't be ordered until may 10th when my dad gets back from his business tripping and we can sit down and do it. :S i don't know how i'll function w/out the internet, but my one roommate ('nyms coming soon) is very willing to let me use hers, so...i think i can handle it. plus work has the internet so i think i can survive. i hope.

I forgot

what it is like to be living without internet access. i hate it. granted, i still have my compy, but with the house running on wireless and my old compy not having wireless capabilities....life stinks. i can't sit at home and waste time...i have to be on campus to do that. which is one place i don't want to be...but here i am because i want to check my email and all that jazz. sigh.

the good news is that this gives me a really good excuse to buy a new compy. which i am 90% sure i will do this weekend with my daddy. i will post later when that happens.

in other news, i am all moved in, finals are over, and the summer has begun. HURRAH!!! I found out this past monday that i have been offered a scholarship for summer term, half tuition, but i think i'll take it...this is part of the reason why i will buy a new compy...so i can take acc. 200. :)

went out to lunch with CSR today. his idea. it was fun to catch up on each others' lives and what not. we'll see what happens. :) i also have a date tonight with another friend. that should be fun...at least, i hope it will. and that my friends, is all for now. be prepared for more posts, as summer begins so does working full time...and that means life will be slightly boring for the next few months. bring it on i say, bring it on.
